By creating an account, browsing, or utilizing TodayAround ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.

• Registration: To bookmark articles, configure personal country editions, and save reading preferences, you must register an account with a valid email address. • Credential Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach of account security. • Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate information and refrain from impersonating any person or entity.

• TodayAround Platform: The TodayAround design system, logos, custom graphics, source code, database architecture, and trademarks are the exclusive property of TodayAround and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. • Third-Party Journalism: News articles, photographs, and video clips linked on TodayAround belong to their respective original publishers. TodayAround references this content strictly under established fair-use, citation, and syndication principles.

When using TodayAround, you agree NOT to: • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features or rate-limiting guards. • Deploy automated scrapers, bots, spiders, or extraction scripts that impose unreasonable load on our caching infrastructure. • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, fraud, or deceptive scheme. • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of our backend source code or proprietary database functions.

TodayAround displays links and summaries originating from independent news agencies, satellite weather models (Open-Meteo), and astronomical observatories (NASA JPL). While we strive for absolute accuracy, weather models, flight timetables, and live event schedules can change unpredictably. TodayAround does not guarantee 100% accuracy of third-party telemetry and is not liable for actions taken based on general informational data.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TodayAround and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to or inability to access the Service, including any inaccuracies in third-party feeds or server interruptions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts without prior notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that a user has violated these Terms, abused API endpoints, or engaged in fraudulent activity.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith mediation before formal legal proceedings.
